Jamoon is an Indian sweet made of deep-fried khoya (dried evaporated milk solids) balls soaked in sugar syrup. In this recipe, I have used MTR instant Jamoon mix, which is easy to make and tastes delicious.
MTR Jamoon Mix: 1 pack
Water: as required for kneading
Oil: for frying
Water: 1 liter
Sugar: 1/2 kg
Cardamom: 2 teaspoons(powdered) or 3 (whole)
Safforon: few strands (optional)
