Mango: 1 cup cut into cubes
Pomegranate: 1 cup
Shallots: ½ cup finely chopped.
Coriander leaves: 3 to 4 sticks finely chopped.
Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1tablespoon
Pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
Cherry tomatoes: 5 to 6, cut into halves
Salt to taste
