Rice: 1 cup (washed in cold water)
Onions 1 big: cut lengthwise
Green Chillies: 3 cut lengthwise
Cinnamon: 1 cm piece
Cardamom: 3
Clove: 3
Bay Leaves: 2
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Grated carrot: 1
Chopped carrot: 2
Chopped Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Ghee: 2 tablespoons
Water: 2 cups (Rice: water – 1:2)
