Coconut ladoo

Coconut ladoos are very popular Indian sweet that’s made during many festivals. This particular recipe is so easy and simple that anyone can make in few minutes.

Easy Coconut ladoo

Ingredients

Powdered coconut: 1 Cup(250 ml)
Sweetend condensed milk: 1 tin(330 ml)
Cardamom powder: 2 teaspoons
Shredded coconut: 2 tablespoons
Ghee or butter : 1 tablespoon

Cooking Method

1. Heat a pan over a medium flame, add powdered coconut and cardamom powder.
2. To this add condensed milk and mix well.
3. Cook in low flme until the coconut powder and condensed milk mixture becomes thick and solidifies to form a stiff dough. Now, remove the pan from heat and let it cool for few minutes.
4. Now make coconut balls from the mixture. If necessary, apply butter or ghee to plam for making balls (applying butter or ghee makes it easy to make balls).
5. Finally, roll the balls in shredded coconut and decorate with nuts or any decoration of your choice.
6. Store the balls in an air tight container and should be eaten in couple of days.
