Cooking has been my passion for years now. Living in the heart of Europe has given me an opportunity to explore multi-cuisine and at the same time it has given me an opportunity to spread the essence of my cooking and my favourite recipes to food lovers here.
My cooking, My inspiration and My ultimate passion to serve a plate of delight embarks here…
My mom is gifted with culinary skills. She is able to pull out a finger licking dishes each time, be it a simple food or a party food, it’s a hit. As the saying goes ‘there is a woman behind every successful man’, perhaps I should say there is a ‘man behind my mom’s successful cooking’ and the credit goes to my Dad of course. My dad is always there to taste, appreciate and encourage my mom’s cooking. In fact he’s been the food critic of the family, which in turn gave my mom the motivation to cook variety of food for all kind of palate for nearly 5 decades now. My parents are my inspiration and my motivation to write this blog of palatable recipes.
I am a mother of two beautiful kids, a researcher by profession and a PhD student. Combining family, profession and cooking together gives me a great pleasure, they simply complement each other. Over a decade ago I developed a desire and deep interest in cooking initially because I was missing home and mom’s food since I was away from home for higher studies. But over the period of all these years, this desire and interest in cooking has turned out to be my proud passion and hobby. I have ever since been passionately cooking variety of cuisines both from India and rest of the globe. I am overwhelmed by the fact that my family and friends adore my cooking.
I strongly believe to have inherited my Mom’s cooking genes and of course her recipes. Hence, here I am with easy, delicious and best recipes that I acquired both from home and abroad. My blog will feature recipes from India and around the globe which I have enjoyed cooking for years. So, here’s me hoping that everyone will find something appetizing to look and then cook :-)
Thanks for visiting my blog.
